What is your refund/exchange policy?

We have a no refund policy, which means all sales are final. Since all products are special order, all sales are final. Exchanges are available only if due to a manufacturing defect or damage upon delivery within (3) business days.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please notify us within three (3) Business Days. Upon approval of your claim, your replacement item will be replaced and shipped ASAP. If we do not receive notification of a damaged item after 3 Business Days, your claim will be denied.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@thebusytraders.com within 3 business days. Exchanges are available only if due to a manufacturing defect. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.


You can always contact us for any exchange question at info@thebusytraders.com. Please remember, exchanges will only be reviewed for approval if the item is defective or damaged upon delivery, and we have received notification of the damage or defect within (3) business days. 

 

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns. However, we will exchange your product if due to a manufacturing defect. Please read below for more information.

  

Replacements

If a product is deemed defective, a complete inspection of products returned will take place to determine the authentication of a request. If an item is approved for replacement, the original sales order receipt/number must accompany the item being returned. Items that are replaced will be identical to the original order and have the same design unless it is determined by the company that a change would be beneficial.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Product Warranty

The Busy Trader will warrant manufacturer defects for items exchanged for replacement or repair within 3 days of product delivery date. Items that are defective may only be replaced with the same product and design. Sometimes there will be variations in shape, color, and size of personalized products. The Busy Trader makes no warranty or representation as to the fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, craftsmanship or any other warranty or guarantees concerning products or services purchased from or through The Busy Trader. Items will not be replaced or exchanged if it is determined that the product is damaged by common discoloring or normal wear. The Busy Trader reserves the right to examine each item that is being exchanged. Under certain circumstances, a customer may be contacted to discuss the damaged product(s).

 

Design

Due to variations in print material or computer monitor settings, we cannot guarantee your color will be an exact match. Color variance should be expected. Colors may vary on different materials.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order is placed online, it cannot be canceled for any reason. If you have any question about product exchanges, discrepancies, back-ordered items or anything else, please contact The Busy Trader team directly by emailing – info@thebusytraders.com.

 

How long does it take to ship my order?

COVID-19 Delays

Priority Mail's two and three day service commitments now will be extended to three and four days respectively. Customers will continue to receive end-to-end visibility and improved product tracking. First-Class Package Service (FCPS) two and three day service commitments will also be extended respectively.

The Busy Trader's average production timeline is 2 - 4+ business days on most products. Bulk orders of $200+ is 5-7 business days. The day an order is placed is day 0. The next business day is day 1 of the SLA.

Express Production average production timeline is 1- 2 business days.

Please note: During the Holiday season, production times increase (Mid Nov.- Dec.) to 5-7 business days. 

 

What shipping carriers do you use?

All items are shipped via US Postal Service, DHL, or FedEx and/or its affiliates. The Busy Trader reserves the right to select an alternate carrier or shipping method (different from the carrier selected by you at checkout) so long as it does not result in an additional charge to you the customer, or result in the order being delayed beyond the parameters set forth below. Shipping times on wholesale items and the “ship date” are determined by the nature of the product.

*NOTE FedEx is not able to ship to PO Boxes. Anytime you need to ship an order to a PO Box, you must select one of the USPS shipping options at checkout.

The Busy Trader does not guarantee estimated shipping carrier timelines. Domestic shipments generally arrive at their desired location within 2-8 business days of the ship date, depending on the shipping method you select. All delivery timelines listed at checkout are estimates only and may vary. Shipping carriers may experience delays that are beyond the estimated arrival date. The Busy Trader has no control over shipping carrier delays. The Busy Trader cannot replace an order or refund shipping fees due to delays once an order is in the carrier's possession. If a carrier experiences mass carrier delays, we will convey the information we receive via social media or newsletter. You may also reach out to us at any time by contacting support at info@thebusytraders.com. If you are ordering in bulk, your items may ship in multiple boxes. 

 

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. However, we are unable to ship to the following locations due to current International Shipment Restrictions - Do NOT place orders shipping to the following locations:

If you elect to ship to a country that is listed on the USPS suspension list the order will ship but will be held by the postal carrier for an undetermined amount of time. Use caution. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

What happens to my package when it is returned to sender?

Once we receive a returned package we will contact you right away to verify the shipping address. Re-shipping fees may apply. Please contact info@thebusytraders.com for more details. IF we do not get a response after 30 days, the package is discarded. 

 

Can I change the shipping address on an order?

Yes. If your order hasn't shipped, we're happy to update the address. Please contact us immediately at info@thebusytraders.com to request an address change.

 

Can I update shipping info after my order has been shipped?

Once an order has been set for shipment, the shipping option/info cannot be changed, and the order cannot be stopped or pulled from shipment.

 

Can I change product quantities after submitting an order?

Once an order is submitted product quantities cannot be modified. However, you can place a new order. 

I did not receive my order, but the tracking ID says it was delivered. What do I do?

Once the tracking ID indicates an order was delivered, most often a family member picked up the package without informing the recipient. In the rare circumstance it's missing or stolen, your customer can file a claim with the shipping carrier.
